Did not feel a referendum was necessary <br />as shown by the signatures on the letter <br />favoring the annexation as opposed to the <br />referendum. <br /> <br />2. She did not feel that the annexation <br />was going to cost the taxpayers any money. <br /> <br />3. Senior citizen housing is needed <br />and the annexation is needed to supply low <br />and moderate income housing as well as <br />senior citizen housing. <br /> <br />4. Speaking for Louisville ~Busines srtten ' s <br />Association and owner of Jerry's Auto Sales <br />a business in Louisville. He stated that <br />the members and business men of Louisville <br />are not opposed to the proposed annexation <br />or the proposed shopping center. <br /> <br />2. As a resident of Louisville he stated <br />that the growth can not hurt the City, it <br />is needed and one of the best things to <br />happen is the proposed shopping center. <br /> <br />Marshall Diggs - Englewood <br /> <br />1. Represented nonresident property owners <br />who fall within the lands that will hopefully <br />be annexed; he stated that they are in <br />favor of the annexation. <br /> <br />Kathy Poydock 106 Barbara <br /> <br />Read letter from Maxine Andreson, Boulder <br />County resident. <br /> <br />1. Letter stated support of the annexation <br />and proposed shopping center noting the <br />sales tax revenue and that the county growth <br />has cost more then the City growth. <br />
