ORDINANCE NO. 628 MOUNTAIN ZONING FIRST READING RESOLUTION NO. 39 FINAL P.U.D. STC RESOLUTION NO. 40 RAILROAD CROSSING SO. BOULDER ROAD LIND SUIT RIZZI SUIT INSURANCE COMPANIES APPROVAL OF ATTORNEY REPORT CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT DUMP TRUCK CALL FOR BIDS PICK UP TRUCKS AND WATER WAGON CALL FOR BIDS Minutes - page 3 December 19,1978 All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance #628 for their review and file. Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading by title only. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 628 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. Mr. Drumm stated that the P.D.D. is to pro- vide for the construction of an addition to Building #2. Attorney Joss read the Resolution. After comments Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution #39, Series 1978, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. Attorney Joss read Resolution #40 stating that this resolution is being done to change the amount of money the City will contribute on the project. Attorney Joss read the resolution in full. After comments, Councilman Meier moved that Resolution #40 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Attorney Joss reported that Lind has left Colorado and the City will request dismissal of the case. Attorney Joss reported that the suit has been turned over to the City insurance company. Attorney Joss reported that the City is not having very good luck in obtaining in- surance for the police department; however, they are still submitting applications. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl stated that in the 1979 budget the purchase of 3 dump trucks has been provided for and requested Councils author- ization to call for bids. Mr. Wurl stated that 3 pick up trucks and a water wagon have also been budgeted.
