Open Space Advisory Board <br />Minutes <br />September 14, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />Now therefore, at the conclusion of his time with us, Peter's colleagues on the Open Space Advisory Board, the <br />Director of Parks, Recreation, and Open Space and the Open Space Superintendent take this opportunity to <br />express our deepest appreciation and gratitude for his valued friendship, hard work, expertise, and dedication to <br />our trails, open spaces and community. <br />Let it be resolved that the members of the City of Louisville Open Space Advisory Board and City Staff express <br />their thanks to Peter and wish him continued success in the future, ample opportunities to continue to share his <br />gifts and talents with his community and our heartfelt hope that our paths and trails will cross again soon! Roll Call <br />OSAB Members Present: David Blankinship, Laura Scott Denton, Charles Danforth, <br />Jessamine Fitzpatrick, Thomas Neville, Susan McEachern, Peter Gowen (remote via <br />Zoom), Helen Moshak <br />OSAB Board Members Absent: none <br />PPLAB Members Present: John Webb, Steve Knapp, Shannon Milaly, Ellen Toon, <br />Laurie Harford, Patricia Rogers <br />PPLAB Members Absent: Shelly Alm <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull, Abby McNeal, Jeff Durbin, Adam Blackmore <br />4. Approval of Agenda <br />Jessamine moved to approve the agenda as written. Susan seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />5. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes <br />Helen moved to approve the August OSAB meeting minutes without edits. Susan <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The minutes from PPLAB's <br />previous meeting in June had already been approved. <br />6. Staff Updates <br />
