Community Park Summer Concert Update 15 min a. Discussion Item: Review/Debrief on 2022 Summer Concerts Leah adds that we need to have the rules and protocols for the park updated. She described an event at the June 30th concert where a group had an open -flame fire pit, and Leah & Lisa didn't know what to do as there was no staff present at the park, and when the Parks Department employee arrived at the park, he didn't know what to do. Erica suggests that in the 2023 May meeting we have the Parks team come in and discuss what the rules are for public parks. JR suggests that we have something added into our advertising that mentions these rules to the public ahead of time.
