Any comments or <br />discussions specific to this item would need to be disclosed. <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for any disclosures. <br />Councilmember Leh stated he has had conversations with the neighbor, Mr. Deborski, <br />about access issues, but they will not affect his ability to make a decision tonight based <br />on the criteria at hand. <br />Planning Manager Ritchie reviewed the history of the property as well as the elevations <br />and site plan of the proposed structures. The Planning Commission requested a traffic <br />study, which is included in the Council packet. The average daily volume of traffic would <br />go up slightly. <br />The applicant is requesting five waivers for this project, including: increase in number of <br />dwelling units per acre, a 1.5 commercial building in place of the 2-story requirement, a <br />
