membership to the Louisville Recreation Center, membership in the City's health <br />insurance programs in which any premiums will be paid by the Councilmember, and <br />the option to contribute to a 457 account through the City's retirement plan. <br />Section 2. The salary increase provided for herein shall become effective for the Mayor <br />and Mayor Pro Tern serving terms of office which commence on or after the City's regular <br />municipal election in November 2023. For terms of office commencing before the November <br />2023 election, the Mayor shall be shall be compensated at the current rate of compensation, which <br />is $13,968.00 per year, and the Mayor Pro Tern shall be compensated at the current rate of <br />compensation for Councilmembers, which is $11,664.00. <br />Section 3.
