<br />September 6, 1977 <br />Page 4 - Minutes <br /> <br />INDUSTRIAL LAND CONTINUED <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the land could be <br />advertised with a minimum price and have <br />persons submit proposals, 1. The price <br />they will pay and 2. What they plan <br />to use it for, number of employees, etc. <br /> <br />After discussion Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that the City Administrator be <br />authorized to advertise fhe land for <br />sale at $26,000. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />BID TABULATION FOR <br />STORM SEWER PROJECT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that bids were called <br />for an a bid tabulation was made up <br />with Binder Construction being the low <br />bidder at $73,501.65. It was staffs <br />recommendations that Council approve <br />Binder Construction subject to completion <br />of the paperwork. <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Binder <br />Construction be awarded the storm sewer <br />project at the bid of $73,501.65. <br />Seconded by Councilman Caranci. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the construction <br />company has been doing pipe line work <br />for the past 14 years. <br />After comments, roll call was taken. <br />DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Caranci <br />yes, DiCarlo yes, Dhieux yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />FEE - MUNICIPAL CODE BOOKS <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that each book cost <br />the City about $81.00 so after cutting <br />the cost the fee of the book averages <br />out to $40.00 each. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the City <br />Municipal Code be sold to the public <br />for $40.00 each. Seconded by Councilman <br />Caranci. Motion carried. <br />Attorney Joss noted that the yearly <br />supplement will be an additional charge. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence stating <br />that the letter from Urban Drainage <br />Control showed that only a few cities <br />responded to their request, Louisville <br />being one of them. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Administrator report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Caranci. Motion carried. <br />
