Motion ccrried. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that there were five <br />letters, however, Barbara McDonald has with- <br />drawn her letter leaving Pamela Stevens, <br />Mae Toledo, Jennifer Kissell and Diane <br />Kedro on the list. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the vote for <br />the planning commisssion vacancy be held <br />secretly. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Motion carried. <br />STEVENS <br />2 <br />1 <br /> <br />TOLEDO <br />2 <br />3 <br /> <br />KEDRO <br />o <br /> <br />KISSELL <br />o <br /> <br />FIRST VOTE <br />SECOND VOTE <br /> <br />Mrs. Toledo was voted in to fill the vacancy <br />for Robert Sneddon. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the ballots <br />be held for 30 days by the City Clerk. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />P.U.D. AMENDMENT <br />COTTONWOOD MANOR <br /> <br />MR. Tom Suitts stated to Council that <br />they would like an amendment on their plans <br />for downzoning the area from 28 units to <br />22 townhouse units. There would be un- <br />attached car ports on the plans. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he did not <br />like the plans on the car ports at the front <br />of the homes as it would not be very attrac- <br />tive. <br />Mr. Suitts stated that they were going to <br />make them as attractive as possible as <br />these units will be purchased, and if they <br />are not attractive they will not sell. <br />Planner Drumm stated that a hearing was <br />held with the Planning Commission who re- <br />commended that the plans be approved with <br />the changes as were noted in the Planning <br />Commission Resolution #16, 1977. <br />Councilman Caranci moved to accept the <br />Planning Commission recommendation and approve <br />the amended P.U.D. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Roll call. Domenico yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Caranci <br />yes. Motion carried. <br />
