AUDIT <br /> <br />Minutes - page 5 <br />August 2, 1977 <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that all members of <br />Council had before them a copy of Ordinance <br />11561 for their review and files. He then <br />read the ordinance on first reading by <br />title only. Councilman DiCarlo moved that <br />Ordinance 11561 be ordered published. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Councilman Caranci moved <br />that Ordinance 11566 be ordered published. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br />It was noted that there would be no <br />percentage increase only merit. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br />Attorney report be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Charlie Hauber, with <br />Alexander Grant & Co. whoe has been working <br />with the City on their audits has left the <br />firm and began his own with a partner under <br />the name of Fortner - Hauber & Co. <br />Mr. Wurl requested that ince Mr. Hauber <br />is familiar with the City, he recommended <br />that Council approve the Community Develop- <br />ment auditing be done by Fortner Hauber <br />& Co. as opposed to Alexander Grant & Co. <br />which was previously approved. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Fortner <br />Hauber & Co. be used to do the Community <br />Development audit in place of Alexander <br />Grant & Co. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br />
