<br />March 15, 1977 <br />Minutes - page 5 <br /> <br />PORNOGRAPHY ORDINANCE <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />After discussion roll call vote was taken <br />for the drafting of an ordinance. <br />DiLorenzo yes, McDonald no, Caranci yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, Domenico yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />REPORT BY THE <br />CITY ENGINEER <br />208 WASTE WATER <br />MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />Engineer White informed Council that a <br />meeting has been scheduled with DRCOG <br />members and all other entities within <br />the Coal Creek Basin for March 22, <br />at City Hall to discuss the Coal Creek <br />Basins thoughts about managing the 208 <br />Water Quality Program. <br /> <br />WATER CONSERVATION <br />REPORT <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />There was no report on the Water Con- <br />servation plans. <br /> <br />Engineer White reviewed the correspondence. <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the City <br />Administrators report as given by Engineer <br />White be approved and placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo informed Council that <br />there will be a letter of resignation from <br />Jake Thomas due to personal reasons, which <br />will need to be accepted by Council <br /> <br />WATER TANK REPORT <br /> <br />Engineer White stated that the water tank <br />is scheduled to be filled on April 9, 1977. <br /> <br />LONG RANGE PLANNING <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo stated that <br />the County Planning Commission did go <br />with the City of Louisville on the alignment <br />of Highway {1287. <br /> <br />COURT RECORDS <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he has had <br />requests from some people that minutes of <br />the Court proceedings be kept. <br />Council discussed the possibility of the <br />Court of Record procedure. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that recorded <br />minutes of court proceedings be kept. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo.
