<br />ORDINANCE #507 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE <br />AMENDMENT <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance #507 for review along <br />with the proposed addition. <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #507 by <br />title only. <br />After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved <br />that Ordinance #507 along with the proposed <br />additon be ordered published. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #19 <br /> <br />City Administrator Wurl read Resolution #19. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution <br />#19, Series 1976, supporting Proposition <br />#1 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20 <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Resolution #20. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Resolution <br />#20, Series 1976, supporting Proposition <br />#2 be adopted. <br />Councilman DiCarlo seconded the motion. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated his opposition <br />noting that it will cause more taxation. <br />Councilman Caranci stated that he attended <br />a meeting and it was stated that if this <br />amendment passes there possibily will be <br />taxation on recreation trailers, horse <br />trailers, etc. He did not feel this was <br />right. <br />After discussion, roll call was taken. <br />DelPizzo no, Caranci no, DiLorenzo yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes, Domenico yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21 <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Resolution #21. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that Resolution <br />#21 opposing Amendment #3. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22 <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Resolution #22. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that Resolution <br />#22 opposing Proposition #10 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23 <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution <br />#23 be tabled until next meeting. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
