<br />DRAINAGE CONT'D <br /> <br />SERVICE STATION DIFF. <br /> <br />GAS & OIL LEASE <br /> <br />SPEIGEL UTILITY REQUEST <br /> <br />be no problem and Mr. Wurl plans on talking <br />with Mr. Herpel the fOllowing Thursday. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the usuage of the <br />two service stations in the City is <br />about $200 difference for the year. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he has another pro- <br />posal on the gas and oil lease which offered <br />more money under the bonus, the possibility <br />of additional percentage over and above the <br />other offer first presented. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Roehrs stated that <br />they would change the term of the lease <br />from 5 to 3 years. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he did not know <br />which way to go as he has heard good and <br />bad on both sides. <br />Attorney Morris stated that he would check <br />with his brother, an attorney for an oil <br />company who might be able to offer some <br />assistance. <br />Council concurred to wait until there <br />has been some response from Attorney Morris. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the matter <br />be tabled. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. Speigel has <br />appeared before the Planning Commission <br />requesting services and they recommended <br />that Council approve the request. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he did receive a <br />call from the County. They suggested that <br />before any approval is give~ the City <br />wait for a notice from the County on the <br />review of the continental View Estates. <br />Mr. Speigel stated that he had some lots <br />which he would like to have City services <br />to. He stated that he has not gone to the <br />County yet for permits, however, he does <br />have well permits if they are needed. <br />Mr. Speigel stated that this has been <br />platted and accepted by the County since <br />1963. <br />It was noted that the Planning Commission <br />approved the request with the following <br />stipulations. <br />1. Subdivision be developed according <br />to City plans and approval shall remain <br />in effect 1 year. <br />2. Annex when contiguous to City. <br />Standard stipulation. <br />3. Development will receive County <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />-8- <br />
