<br />SPEIGEL REQUEST CONT'D <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />KING RESIGNATION <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Councilman McDonald stated that since it <br />is not contiguous with the City, she felt <br />it should be referred back to the County <br />for their approval first. <br />Ms. Sandra Parrish with Mr. Speigel stated <br />that she was to get a letter from Ed Tepe <br />on the development to bring to the City. <br />When she went to pick it up, Mr. Tepe had <br />informed his secretary to tell Ms. Parrish <br />that he had reversed his decision and <br />was not gOing to write the letter. <br />Discussion was held as to the direction <br />the pipes would run. It was noted that <br />if a line is put in, it may possibly bene- <br />fit the persons on Continental View Drive <br />as they would be getting better water. <br />After discussion Councilm DiLorenzo moved <br />that the Planning Commission recommendation <br />to approve Mr. Speigels request for services <br />be supported. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Roll call. McDonald no, DelPizzo yes, <br />Caranci no, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br />Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl will draft a letter for Mr. <br />Speigel on the action taken by Council. <br />Ms. Parrish thanked Council for their <br />action and their approach to the situation <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. <br /> <br />Planning Commission received a letter <br />from Jerry King stating his resignation <br />from the Planning Commission do to con- <br />flicting responsibilities. <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved to accept <br />Kings resignation. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that a letter of <br />appreciation be sent to Mr. King. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that an add <br />be put in the paper for applications of <br />interested persons to serve on Planning <br />Commission. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo movellithat the City <br />Administrators report be accepted. Seconded <br />by Councilman McDonald.
