CONTID <br /> <br />After discussion a work session was <br />scheduled for September 28, 1976, at 7:30 <br />P.M. between City Council and staff, pro- <br />perty owners of the two lots and Wood <br />Bros. representatives to try and come to <br />some sort of agreement. <br /> <br />DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOTS <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would like the <br />property owners to receive copies of the <br />appraisals, but he would check with <br />Attorney Morris before they are sent. <br />After discussion, Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that the final plat and development <br />plan be approved excluding the condem- <br />nation of the privately owned lots. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald <br />yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Heiter informed Council that he thinks <br />Wood Bros. has found a solution on the <br />double frontage lots. He stated that <br />they plan on building their show homes in <br />those lots and do the the landscaping there. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City was seeking <br />Councils approval on pay estimate #4 and <br />to advertise for final payment on October <br />5, 1976. <br />He stated that "there were some trees to <br />be replaced and some striping to be done. <br />The amount of the retainage fee is in the <br />excess of $4,000 reported by Engineer White. <br />The payment would be in the amoun of <br />$1,166.40. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council <br />authorize payment #4 in the amount of <br />$1,166.40 to Varra Enterprises and to <br />advertise for final payment on October <br />5, 1976. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br />Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, <br />DiCarlo yes.
