CENTER <br />ORDINANCE #507 <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />After discussion, roll call vote was taken <br />on the motion to publish Ordinance #507. <br />Domenico yes, McDonald yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #16 <br /> <br />Dennis Drumm read Resolution #16, Series <br />1976, in regards to the Councils response <br />to the LUC resolution of July 23, 1976. <br />Councilman DiCarlo voiced his feelings about <br />not having the modified copy of Resolution <br />#16, and asked that in the future Council <br />be given a copy of the revisions, even if <br />they are not in final form. <br />Staff stated that they are trying to keep <br />up to date on all of this and get the best <br />information to Council for their input and <br />sometimes changes need to be made in order <br />to put the product in a better perspective. <br />After comments, Councilman Caranci moved that <br />Council adopt Resolution #16, Series 1976, <br />as written and read by Dennis Drumm. Se- <br />conded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. <br />DelPizzo yes, Domenico yes, McDonald yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF LETTER <br />TO THE LUC <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that after checking the letter <br />to the LUC, staff has concluded that there <br />needed to be some changes, but time did not <br />allow them to complete the changes before <br />the meeting. <br />He stated that staff would like to rephrase <br />the letter. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that Council <br />authorize the staff to write a letter to the <br />LUC informing them of the Councils actions. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />STORAGE TANK BIDS <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl requested tabling of the matter as <br />there was a big difference in the amount <br />of bids as opposed to the engineers estimates. <br />The Council asked for some reason as to the <br />difference. <br />J~. Wurl stated that Mr. Hobbs, the consultant <br />would be able to answer most of the questions. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there was some matters <br />involving the foundation on the tank. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the matter be <br />tabled until everything is in order. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo.
