LURA VACANCIES

added to the agreement.
After discussion roll call vote was
taken. McDonald yes, DiLorenzo yes,
Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Domenico yes.
Motion carried to accept the Annexation
Agreement and authorize the Mayor to
sign it.

Matter was tabled due to no letters
for consideration to serve on the Board.

CTC CONT'D

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS

Mr. Wurl stated that earlier in the year
chairman Bob Ross submitted three names
for consideration on the Board, but the
problem arose that one party did not
live in the City.
After opinion by Attorney Morris, it was
then decided that all members of boards
for the City should live within the City.
Mr. Wurl stated that he now needed Coun-
cils approval of the other two applicants
who are eligible to serve; Gilbert Reed
and George Wortham. Councilman DiCarlo
moved that George Wortham and Gilbert
Reed be appointed to the Board of Ad-
justments. Seconded by Councilman
McDonald. Motion carried.

SCHOOL SPEED LIMIT

Steve Anderson asked if the City could
check into the possibility of increasing
the speed limit by the schools during the
summer. Mr. Wurl stated that they would
check with the school as to the amount on
projects that are going on within the
school during the summer.

ZEDRICK REQUEST

Mr. and Mrs. George Zedrick requested
Council to grant them a easement to
build a fence on City property in front
of their lot. He staed that his existing
fence extends three feet on City property
and he would like to have the contract
made up so he could get a building permit
to replace the fence. It would be set
in about the same location as the present
fence. The fence will be 42" and within
code. Mr. Zedrick also requested that
the grassed area next to the curbe be
okayed for cementing at their expense,
and should the need arise that the City
need to remove the fence or cement there
would be no problem.
After discussion on the matter, Council-
man Caranci moved that a easement be
allowed giving Mr. Zedrick clearance to

11.
