McDonald yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br />Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Domenico yes. <br />Motion carried to accept the Annexation <br />Agreement and authorize the Mayor to <br />sign it. <br /> <br />Matter was tabled due to no letters <br />for consideration to serve on the Board. <br /> <br />CTC CONT'D <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that earlier in the year <br />chairman Bob Ross submitted three names <br />for consideration on the Board, but the <br />problem arose that one party did not <br />live in the City. <br />After opinion by Attorney Morris, it was <br />then decided that all members of boards <br />for the City should live within the City. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he now needed Coun- <br />cils approval of the other two applicants <br />who are eligible to serve; Gilbert Reed <br />and George Wortham. Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that George Wortham and Gilbert <br />Reed be appointed to the Board of Ad- <br />justments. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />SCHOOL SPEED LIMIT <br /> <br />Steve Anderson asked if the City could <br />check into the possibility of increasing <br />the speed limit by the schools during the <br />summer. Mr. Wurl stated that they would <br />check with the school as to the amount on <br />projects that are going on within the <br />school during the summer. <br /> <br />ZEDRICK REQUEST <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. George Zedrick requested <br />Council to grant them a easement to <br />build a fence on City property in front <br />of their lot. He staed that his existing <br />fence extends three feet on City property <br />and he would like to have the contract <br />made up so he could get a building permit <br />to replace the fence. It would be set <br />in about the same location as the present <br />fence. The fence will be 42" and within <br />code. Mr. Zedrick also requested that <br />the grassed area next to the curbe be <br />okayed for cementing at their expense, <br />and should the need arise that the City <br />need to remove the fence or cement there <br />would be no problem. <br />After discussion on the matter, Council- <br />man Caranci moved that a easement be <br />allowed giving Mr. Zedrick clearance to <br /> <br />11. <br />
