COLO. TECH. CENTER
CONT'D
COUNCILMAN DI CARLO

PAT ROGERS
COUNCILMAN DI CARLO
COUNCILMAN DOMENICO

That doesn't answer the question that was
asked. The State was asked what kind of
guides they want to use. Now, tonight I
get the understanding that a starting point
is the Amuedo & Ivey report. Is that a basis
or a guide that the State is going to use
as a starting point?

I think so.

Okay, thank you Mr. Rogers.

PAT ROGERS

I would like to ask Mr. Rogers a question.
Do you feel in your own mind that you are
satisfied with what has taken place?

I haven't had time to study it sir. I would
not judge something that has this much time
and effort in it. It is rather a short
presentation. There is no question in my
mind, I can't make up my mind without seeing
the basic data and the full package and
everything that goes with it.

MAYOR WASCHAK
DENNIS DRUMM

Any more questions from Council?

I have a question that I would like to ask
I don't want it to sound like sour grapes;
the City has been, I think, trying very
hard to have developers get accurate and
acceptable information on the geologic pro-
blem. We have a case in point right up here
north of Coal Creek Station, where one small
lot was going to be developed and we forced
the developer there into drilling a hole and
doing whatever the right thing was to do.
The developer did that and brought the inform-
ation in. Based on that it was determined
that the site was in fact safe for construction
of the structure to be built there. It is
my understanding that the information was
also submitted to the survey and yet we
received no response to that to my know-
ledge whatsoever saying yes it is safe for
construction, no it is not; further study is
needed. We received nothing. The reason I
mention this, as I say it, is not sour grapes.
What I am wondering is, is the response on
Mizel work going to be exactly the same?
Because as you well know, I think the inform-
ation was submitted.

MR. ROGER

Which information was submitted? This I
haven't seen-yet.

-14-
