COLO. TECH. CENTER
CONT'D
PAT ROGERS

lengthy study and to ask somebody to evaluate
it in front of this august body in 5 minutes
is unreal.

ADMINISTRATOR WURL

I'm not asking you to do that.
I'm asking you to point out for us, so that
in the future, we know exactly what it is
you want so that we can get from you a re-
sponse, and I would hope you would tell us
that tonight. I will stick to this discussion,
if a meeting with Dr. Robinson, and Larry Mizel
coupled with the information that Dr. Robin-
son has developed will do it. We would like
to know that. From that will you send us a
letter.

PAT ROGERS

You can ask Dr. Robinson and Judy Culver if I
have ever failed to respond to them at any
time on anything they asked.

ADMINISTRATOR WURL
PAT ROGERS

I'm not accusing you of that.

I gave Judy Culver a memo because I didn't
have time to get it typed up on what the
problems on mind were at that time.

ADMINISTRATOR WURL

I'm sure you have, and I didn't accuse you
of that. I asked you a question, and I was
looking for a response to that question.

I think what my problem is this ~__~.Ifyou have
an area that has been undermined and some of
this property has been undermined then you
need something to go beyond what the exist-
ing thing is; which is the Amuedo & Ivey report.
which made a very good first effort and
drawing together the knowledge that we have.
Then you need a sort of thing we have tonight
and then evaluate it, defind the conditions,
make recommendations; it is all in one package.
Maybe six holes were drilled and this is
great, but I haven't studied the presentation
enough.

My question is - after you have studied every-
thing at what point in time do we get a nice
straight answer from the CGS to say yes, Dr.
Robinson you have either done enough work or
you have not done enough work - this is what
we say you should do further. When does that
time come?

ADMINISTRATOR WURL

PAT ROGERS

-16-
