CITY ADMINISTRATORS REPORT SWIMMING POOL HOURS REPORT MINERS FIELD LIGHTS REPORT STEINBAUGH LUMBER SITE When this is completed a notice will be published in the newspaper stating that the projects that were approved by Council will have no significant effect on the enviornment. Then we must wait for any individuals to respond. If there are no comments or problems, HUD will be requested to release the $200,000. 00 to the City so that the projects can be brought under way this summer. Councilman Caranci moved that Resolution #7, Series 1976 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Doemnico. Question called for All in favor. Motion carried. Councilman Domenico moved the City Attorneys report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman DelPizzo seconded the motion. Question called for - all in favor. Motion carried. An outline of the swimming pool hours is being submitted at the request of Council. Councilman Caranci requested that a letter be sent to Mr. Helart stating that they stop making all brochures and programs. He further stated he would like to have them come to Council and lay-out a differ- ent outline. Administrator Wurl advised he was sorry but the programs had already been printed. A discussion was held and Administrator Wurl was instructed to have Mr. Helart come to the May 18, 1976 Council meeting to resolve the problem. A report on how the Miners Field lights were being handled and whose responsibility it was for turning them on and off was enclosed. There were no comments. Mr. Steinbaugh is not in any position at the moment, financially to proceed with the construction of a building on Front St. He is in hope that will come along the end of 1976. - 10 -
