<br />ORDINANCE # 498 - SECOND <br />READING - LEASE POLICE <br />CAR & PARK PICK-UP <br />FROM PREFERRED LEASING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #499 <br />SEWER TAP INCREASE <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #500 <br />WATER TAP INCREASE <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #7, 1976 SERIES <br />HUD ENVIORNMENTAL RE- <br />SPONSIBILITY <br /> <br />Council adopt a policy stating that all <br />people wishing to serve on Boards must be <br />residents of Louisville. <br />After much discussion regarding the <br />resignation of Don DelForge from the L.U.R.A. <br />Board because he does not reside in the <br />City limits, Councilman McDonald moved <br />that Council not send Mr. DelForge a <br />letter asking-rDr his resignation due <br />to additional information. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call vote - <br />Domenico no, DelPizzo yes, Caranci no, <br />DiCarlo no, McDonald yes, DiLorenzo yes. <br />Mayor Waschak broke the tie with a no <br />vote - Motion rejected. The letter <br />will be sent to Mr. DelForge asking for <br />his resignation. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #498 by <br />title only. Councilman Caranci moved <br />that Ordinance #498 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman McDonald. Roll call vote - <br />DiCarlo no, Domenico no, McDonald yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, Caranci -yes, DelPizzo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Read by Title only - Domenico moved that <br />Ordinance #499 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call vote - Di <br />Lorenzo yes, McDonald - abstain, Caranci <br />yes, DelPizzo no, DiCarlo yes, Domenico <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Read by title only - Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that Ordinance #500 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll <br />call vote - Domenico yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />McDonald - abstain, DiLorenzo yes, Caranci <br />yes, DelPizzo no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Read in entirety by Attorney Morris. Gus <br />Byrom of Oblinger-Smith gave a summary <br />regarding the resolution He asked on <br />behalf of the LURA Board that Council -pass <br />the resolution as they did last year; that <br />the City does recognize the requirements of <br />the Community Development Act, and does <br />assume responsibility for the determination <br />of enviornmental effect and responsibility <br />for jurisdiction and validfication. <br /> <br />- 9 - <br />
