ENTRANCE TO CITY HALL FOR THE
HANDICAPPED

PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE:

LAND ACQUISITION - FILTER
PLANT

The plan we now have needs more thought
and with Council's permission Administrator
Wurl requested this not be acted upon this
evening.

Administrator Wurl stated that he had
nothing further to report on the franchise.
He has been in contact with the representa-
tives of Public Service. A management
reorganization is in process and has
caused some probelms in getting the
franchise finalized. There are also a few
things in the franchise that may cause
ramifications with other communities.
Administrator Wurl's recommendation was
to bear with them, and perhaps they will
come to the terms we wish.

Administrator Wurl referred to the
Note from Property Borkers, Inc. Denver,
Colorado dated April 28, 1976. He ex-
plained this was for land that the en-
gineers feel needed to be acquired for
the new storage tank. An accompanying
map had been presented Council and was
referred to at this time. Tracts A & B
are presently owned by the City, Tract
6 is land presently owned by the City
of Lafayette.
The circle within that area

- 11 -
