<br />PAY ESTU1ATE in PLATTE <br />VALLEY ROOFING - COMMUNITY <br />HALL <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE NORTH FILING #4 <br /> <br />, I. <br /> <br />COAL CREEK FILING #2 <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEYS REPORT <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />BOARD APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />City Engineer White recommends payment <br />in the amount of $4,848.00 less retainage <br />of 10% of $484.80 - total payment $4,363.20. <br />This has also been approved by the Parks <br />and Recreation Board. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that pay estimate <br /># 1 in the amount of $4,363.20 be paid to <br />Platte Valley Roofing. Seconded by Council <br />man McDonald. Roll call vote - DiCarlo yes, <br />Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br />Domenico yes, McDonald yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Replat of Louisville North Filing #2 <br />Action requested is for Council to refer <br />the matter to Planning Commission for <br />further study. Request is to divide Jasko <br />land into 2 parcels. Councilman Domenico <br />moved that Louisville North Filing #4 <br />be referred to the Planning Commission <br />for further study. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Question called for - all in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />This request is to subdivide the area <br />around the existing railroad cars so <br />each unit can be sold individually. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that Coal Creek <br />Filing #2 be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for further study. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Question called <br />for - all in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated he had been in <br />touch with Mayhoffer's attorney, and they <br />don't object to the amount of money. The <br />hold-up is working out the details. A pre- <br />trail is set in October, but he hoped to <br />get it set up earlier by getting the Judge <br />to sign a pre-trial order. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris had received a memo from <br />the Colorado Municipal League which in <br />his opinion stated someone cannot be <br />removed from a Board unless State Statutes <br />specifically states they cannot be on a <br />Board. His recommendation was to have <br /> <br />- 8 - <br />
