<br />COUNCIL ITEMS CONTID <br />BOULDER COUNTY LEGAL <br />SERVICES REQUEST CONTID <br /> <br />E.F. INDUSTRY REPORT <br /> <br />HILLS BOROUGH NORTH <br />ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />BI-CENTENNIAL REQUEST <br /> <br />being developed to help low income people <br />receive legal advice and assistance. <br />After discussion Councilman McDonald moved <br />that any decision be tabled until add- <br />itional information can be obtained. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr.. Wurl stated that Council has received <br />a letter and report from E. F. Industries <br />which was requested. He stated that <br />Bruce Joss, attorney for E.F. Industries, <br />and Mr. Mott, Senior Vice-President for <br />the company were in attendance to answer <br />any questions. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that it was <br />the decision of Council to call an in- <br />dependent firm for the readings and report <br />and if satisfied present it to Mr. Domenico <br />for his response. Mr. Joss stated that a <br />copy of the letter and report was sent to <br />Mr. Domenico stating that the matter <br />would be discussed at the April 6, Council <br />meeting. It was pointed out that Mr. <br />Domenico was not in attendance however, <br />Council felt that Mr. Domenico should be <br />notified and request his feelings and <br />response on the letter and report which <br />was filed with the City before Council <br />takens action to close the issue. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he felt the problem <br />was slowly resolving itself, and that <br />Council table any further action until <br />Mr. Domenico has responded. <br />After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that the matter be tabled until the <br />April 20, 1976 Council meeting. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the agreement had <br />been previously submitted to Council; <br />however, there were a few modifications that <br />were made and it is now the request of the <br />City Council that the Mayor be authorized <br />to sign the annexation agreement. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the Mayor <br />be authorized to sign the annexation agree- <br />ment. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Carolyn Conarroe informed Council that <br />the Centennial Committee has raised $4,700 <br />for the Miners Statue; however, the State <br />Grant to cover the balance of the project <br />was turned down and therefore she was <br /> <br />-3- <br />
