<br />ORDINANCE #496 CONTID <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />CLEAN UP CAMPAIGN <br /> <br />'water the City has; and could he demand the <br />'wa ter . <br />lMr. Wurl stated that the demands of Mizel <br />.are not yet established however, Mizel is <br />required by the agreement to inform the <br />City at least one year in advance to the <br />water demands he will have. <br />Hr. Wurl stated that his requirements <br />will not effect the needed water to the <br />Hillsborough subdivision. <br />There were no other comments. Mayor Waschak <br />closed the public hearing and roll call <br />vote was taken on the adoption of Ordinance <br />1~496. Domenico yes, McDonald no, Caranci <br />yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br />Attorney report as presented by Mr. Wurl <br />be accepted and placed on file. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council stated that they felt the Mayor <br />should proclaim a clean up week however; <br />the did not feel the City should work on <br />having the trash and junk removed. They felt <br />citizens should take time and clean up their <br />property. They also stated that the code <br />officer should be patroling and making <br />sure all classified junk is removed. <br />It was decided by Council that the Mayor <br />proclaim a clean up time. <br /> <br />CEMETERY RULES & REGULATIONS <br />Hr. Wurl asked for comments on the <br />rules and regulations for the cemetery. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he felt <br />there should be some type of restriction <br />on the shrubery that is planted at the <br />sites. He felt the plants become unruly <br />w~en not taken care of and spread on to <br />other plots. <br />M~. Wurl stated that he would check into <br />the matter. <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked if the problem <br />on deeding with the Redman has been re- <br />solved. <br />M~. Wurl stated that it has not; also <br />that the City told the organizations that they <br />would get cards, maps and rules & regulation <br />passed. The next step is to visit with <br />them and have the City get deeds to the <br />property at the cemetery. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
