ORDINANCE #496 CONTID CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT CLEAN UP CAMPAIGN 'water the City has; and could he demand the 'wa ter . lMr. Wurl stated that the demands of Mizel .are not yet established however, Mizel is required by the agreement to inform the City at least one year in advance to the water demands he will have. Hr. Wurl stated that his requirements will not effect the needed water to the Hillsborough subdivision. There were no other comments. Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing and roll call vote was taken on the adoption of Ordinance 1~496. Domenico yes, McDonald no, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. Councilman Caranci moved that the City Attorney report as presented by Mr. Wurl be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. Council stated that they felt the Mayor should proclaim a clean up week however; the did not feel the City should work on having the trash and junk removed. They felt citizens should take time and clean up their property. They also stated that the code officer should be patroling and making sure all classified junk is removed. It was decided by Council that the Mayor proclaim a clean up time. CEMETERY RULES & REGULATIONS Hr. Wurl asked for comments on the rules and regulations for the cemetery. Councilman DelPizzo stated that he felt there should be some type of restriction on the shrubery that is planted at the sites. He felt the plants become unruly w~en not taken care of and spread on to other plots. M~. Wurl stated that he would check into the matter. Councilman DiCarlo asked if the problem on deeding with the Redman has been re- solved. M~. Wurl stated that it has not; also that the City told the organizations that they would get cards, maps and rules & regulation passed. The next step is to visit with them and have the City get deeds to the property at the cemetery. -6-
