<br />ELKS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />APPLICATION <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the Elks Lodge has <br />filed a liquor license application. He <br />stated that the first date available to <br />hold a hearing is March 2, 1976. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the Tri-City <br />Elks Lodge liquor license application <br />be scheduled a public hearing on March 2, 1976. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />Councilman Caranci asked if the public <br />notice would be posted. Mr. Wurl said that <br />the notice will be posted and placed in <br />the paper. Motion carried for public <br />hearing scheduling. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the Parks Board and <br />City Engineer have reviewed the bid and <br />recommended the approval of Platte Valley <br />Roofing as contractor using asphalt <br />shingle. Councilman Caranci moved that <br />Council approve Platte Valley Roofing <br />Company for the job in the amount of <br />$4,848.00 using asphalt shingles for the <br />reroofing of Community Hall. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes, DelPizzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Wurl stated weather permitting the <br />job should be completed in sixty days. <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Anderson of L.H.A. presented <br />to Council a proposed Housing Code <br />Enforcement Program. He stated that the <br />project would involve inspections of <br />rental property, changing of ownership, <br />and business property. After the pre- <br />sentation Councilman Caranci moved <br />that the LHA Board review the preliminary <br />program and return to Council with a de- <br />tailed study of expenses and time needed <br />of Building Inspectors. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. After discussion <br />a vote was taken on the motion and <br />carried. <br /> <br />PLATTE VALLEY ROOFING <br />COMMUNITY HALL BID <br /> <br />STEVE ANDERSON <br />L.H.A. <br /> <br />DEL PIZZO REZONING <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the public hearing <br />was inadvertently left off the agenda <br />and an addendum was sent to Council along <br />with the December 16, 1975, minutes when <br />the public hearing was held, the <br />Planning Commission and City Planner re- <br />commendations; also the application and <br />petition was sent. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
