Motion
carried.

Attorney Morris read Ordinance 11485 on
second reading by title only. Mr. Wurl
stated that the Ordinance did not appear
on the agenda, but at the first reading
a public hearing was scheduled for January
20, 1976, on the Ordinance; however, the
matter should be considered since the pub-
lic hearing was called for.
City Planner Drumm gave a brief review of
the revision of the zoning map showing the
areas which would be rezoned.
City Administrator Wurl stated that if
Council wishes the public hearing could
be tabled.
Councilman DelPizzo stated that he was not
in favor of discussion the Ordinance as it
was not on the agenda and he did not have
the material at hand to review. It was
brought to his attention that he had received
a copy on first reading and should have
reviewed it for the public hearing. Coun-
cilman DelPizzo stated that he would vote
on the Ordinance if the area along Main
Street was changed from RM to Commercial
Transitional.
Mr. Wurl stated that the planning staff has
considered the recommendations from
the Planning Commission and if Council
agrees to make changes, even if the staff
disagrees, the changes will be made.
Councilman. Domenico stated that he felt the
south end of the City on Pine St. on the
East side of the tracks to highway 42
should be kept C-B. He stated his feelings
that if a person wants a rezoning, it will
be almost impossible to get.
Councilman Caranci stated that there are
six people on Council and if the majority
accepts the ordinance it should be followed
and accepted.
Councilman Domenico then moved that the
action on Ordinance 11485 along with the
public hearing be tabled until the first
meeting in March. Seconded by Councilman
DelPizzo. Roll call vote was taken

-8' -
