Cityo f Louisville Cultural Council public spaces, serving people of all ages, races and socioeconomic backgrounds. Exhibiting Bubbling Up at the Louisville Library in November, and April through July allowed for exposure to a large number of people. Of 6 different ways to share Bubbling Up with others, 98% of people filling out the survey indicated they would share 3 or more different ways, suggesting that this will lead to an exponential number of conversations, amplifying the event's impact as it reaches and inspires a growing number of people. Outcomes: How did you measure your progress towards achieving your goals for this activity? Progress is measured through engagement: bubble contributions, response contributions, survey results, interest in volunteering, guest book comments and conversations directly with people. How do these measures show you made a difference in the local community? Our measures demonstrate that a tremendous difference has been made for Louisville residents. The high levels of engagement, as evidenced by the substantial number of bubble contributions, response contributions and guest book comments indicate that Bubbling Up had a significant impact in the community. Numerous conversations had directly with people reflect a deep emotional connection and inspiration, revealing how Bubbling Up resonated with individuals on a personal level, fostering a sense of empowerment and shared commitment to social progress. The data and feedback collectively demonstrate that Bubbling Up has not only raised awareness but has also inspired real and tangible shifts in attitudes, behavior and community involvement. Lessons Learned: Evaluations often reveal opportunities for improving programs/events. Did your organizations gain new insight to your program based upon lessons learned? Identifying successful partnerships and collaborations during the project has led to meaningful alliances with organizations and individuals. Also, analyzing the success of different engagement measures has helped to pinpoint the most effective strategies for capturing participants' attention.
