City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 20, 2022 <br />Page 10 of 11 <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item and opened the public hearing <br />Finance Director Runkle stated this is a budget amendment to the City's 2022 Operating <br />& Capital Budget. Staff requests these amendments for operating and capital <br />adjustments to the 2022 expenditure budget for items that staff did not anticipate at the <br />time City Council adopted the original 2022 budget. It includes changes to the Solid <br />Waste Fund and to the Golf Course fund. She noted the changes for the Golf Fund <br />were mostly for personnel and expenditures for Marshall Fire recovery; both of these <br />should be reimbursed by FEMA. <br />The proposed budget amendment increases the 2022 expenditure budget by $485,000. <br />All funds will remain in full compliance with the Reserve Policies.
