JURY, INC. <br />PAY ESTIMATE <br />COTTONWOOD PARK <br /> <br />ACQUISITION OF MARSHALL <br />LAKE WATER (5 SHARES) <br /> <br />INDUSTRIAL LAND SALES <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the <br />following polling places be accepted. <br />Ward I - Louisville Middle School <br />Ward II - Community Building <br />Ward III - Louisville Elementary School. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City <br />Engineer has approved the payment #2 in <br />the amount of $4,762.50. <br />Councilman Berry moved that pay estimate <br />#2 in the amount of $4,762.50 to <br />Malott, Peterson & Grundy be approved. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Roll <br />call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux <br />yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City Engineer <br />has approved pay estimate #3 in the amount <br />of $18,199.08. It was stated that they <br />are still working on the park. <br />Councilman Berry moved that pay estimate <br />#3 in the amount of $18,199.08 be <br />made to Howard D. Jury, Inc. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, <br />Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo no. Motion carried. <br />The payment will be coming from Service <br />Expansion fee and the grant. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the water attorneys <br />have an opportunity to acquire 5 shares <br />of Marshall Lake Water. He stated that <br />authorization was needed to draw up a <br />contract to purchase the shares. Coun- <br />cilman Domenico moved that the water <br />attorneys be authorized to draw up a <br />contract for the purchase of 5 shares <br />of Marshall Lake Water. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City has been <br />working on the proposition to sell 1.95 <br />acres of industrial land owned by the <br />City located at Highway 42 and South St. <br />Mr. John Heard realtor representing <br />Mr. 'Pierce, stated that there would be <br />light manufacturing of veterinary <br />pharmaceutical supplies which would <br />employee about 20 - 25 people the first year. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
