-6- FIRE DEPT. DAN BROWN REP. Mr. Brown asked for clarification in re- gards to the utilization of the tank truck. Mr. Wurl stated that in speaking with the fire department he felt that since the City did put up expenses to pick up the vehicle that it only be fair that the City utilize the truck. After further comment the questions were clarified. Mr. Brown asked if a date had been set for moving the siren and control system up to the new fire hall. Mr. White stated that Mr. Barday was having a man come up to check out the system and give his recommendation as to what way to go on moving the siren or putting a second siren up. Councilman DelPizzo stated that he did not want a siren at the park and felt that the siren now located at City Hall was sufficient. Mr. Brown stated that at the north end of town where he lives it is almost impossible to hear it. He also stated that with the new firemen who may live in the Hillsborough division could not hear it. Councilman Domenico stated that before anything is done with the siren he felt that lights should be placed at the fire hall so when there is an emergency vehicles would clear the area to avoid any accidents. Mr. Pollock stated that it would better to have the controls at the new fire hall so when an all clear or whatever needs to be rang, it can be done without having to come back to City Hall and ring it from there. Mrs. DiLorenzo stated that she could not hear the siren from her home near So. Boulder Road and that with the new sub- division not being able to hear the siren they would not know that they needed to close their water should they have it on. It was decided that estimates and re- commendations would be used for the final decision. STEVE TAYLOR DOG - PARKS Mr. Steve Taylor stated that he felt that a person owning a dog should be allowed to bring the dog to the park and let it run around in the park.
