-3- COUNCIL COMMENTS cont'd It was suggested that the matter be brought up at the luncheon with Mr. Tim Wirth regarding Coal Creek. Council asked if this should be done through the Coal Creek Association or if the City should go on its own. Mr. Wurl stated that time may not permit the association to get in contact with Mr. Wirth, therefore it could go through the City. After further discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that Council present a resolution to Congressman Wirth on the water situation for Louisville. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo stated that he felt it would be good action to have a luncheon with the Community of Commerce to help get input on the sales and use tax within the City. No action was taken. Councilman DelPizzo asked what the progress was at the cemetery. Mr. Wurl stated that the crew is still working on it. Mayor Waschak asked Council to think about going on water restrictions because the water fall is low. Councilman Domenico stated that if the City does go on water restrictions the code enforcement officer should watch very cafefully that they are followed. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she would like a report from the City staff in regards to the matter. Councilman Domenico moved that committee reports be accepted. Seconded by Coun- cilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS DAVIDSON MESA Mr. Richard Hershey stated that he has read where Boulder is trying to purchase the Davidson Mesa for greenbelt. He asked if it is purchased as greenbelt does it have to stay as greenbelt. Mr. Wurl stated that it would be possible to change that land from greenbelt. Discussion was held no action was taken.
