<br />-4- <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS/:O!.-REPORTS cont'd <br /> <br />FINANCE cont'd <br /> <br />regarding repealing the Parks ,I:&- Rec. <br />Expansion Fee. <br /> <br />CAT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she <br />was in question as to if the Ordinance <br />will be kept in force. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that there <br />were two dogs at Main and Short St. <br />that were in the yard however seemed <br />very agressive and he felt that these <br />dogs should be watched. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there were other <br />Cities who did have cat ordinances. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that reports <br />be accepted. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe asked Mr. Wurl what the <br />split was on the service expansion <br />fee. Mr. Wurl informed Mr. Conarroe <br />that the fee was $.25 for Parks and <br />$.25 for the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe also informed Council <br />there was a new federal law in regards <br />to historical preservation on old <br />buildings in the Cities. Discussion <br />was held there was no action taken. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br /> <br />1ST FEDERAL LETTER <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed the letter which <br />was sent from 1st Federal in regards <br />to tap fees for multi-family dwellings. <br />Mr. Wurl felt that before any changes <br />are made he requested that a study be <br />made and viewed at the next Council <br />meeting. Mr. Wurl stated that he did <br />concurr with the Planning Commissions <br />recommendation that zoning not be tied <br />to tap fees. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that he would <br />like it reviewed and discussion be <br />held at the next Council meeting. <br />The amendment deals with land east <br />of Lafayette. Discussion was held, <br />there was no action taken. <br /> <br />DRCOG MODIFICATION OF <br />LAND USE PLAN <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />City Administrators report be accepted. <br />Seconded Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br />
