This property is located <br />in East Louisville. Councilman Berry <br />moved that Ordinance #461 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll <br />call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION If5 <br />POLICE COMMITTEE <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Resolution #5 <br />regarding the Police Committee. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resol- <br />ution #5, Series 1975 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE If466 <br />UNIFORM FIRE)CODE <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #466 <br />regarding the Uniform Fire Code. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that Ord- <br />inance If466 be ordered published. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Councilman Berry asked if the enforce- <br />ment agency specified. Attorney <br />Morris stated that it was the fire <br />chief. Councilman Berry nnved to_arrend to <br />change the designation of the enforce- <br />ment officer from fire chief to City <br />Administrator or his appointed official. <br />Seconded by CouncilmanffiaCarlo. Roll <br />call on amendment. Domenico no,Berry <br />yes, Dhieux yes, Scholl yes, DelPizzo <br />no, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried to <br />amend Ordinance. The motion for pub- <br />lication was withdrawn. <br /> <br />P.S.Co. FRANCHISE <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that the <br />franchise was not prepared yet and <br />also that there were some parts that <br />were discussed that the City staff <br />did not approve of. <br />
