<br />LURA REPORT cont'd <br /> <br />Program application and it has met his <br />satisfaction and been sent to HUD. <br />When the Program is approved there will <br />be approximately $9,000.00 in grants <br />to be spent by December 31, 1974. <br />Also, there is an unlimited amount of <br />3% loan money. He reported that the <br />Board is still looking for members to <br />fill vacancies, and that Mr. Wurl was <br />asked to serve on the Board but had <br />not decided yet. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the Committee <br />Reports be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman DelPIzzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />FACILITY TOUR <br /> <br />Mr. Hershey suggested that it be <br />printed in the paper of the tour and <br />anyone interested meet together and <br />go on the tour. Council stated that <br />they felt it was a good idea however <br />they would like to go on a tour as <br />Council and any interested citizens <br />tour the facilities at a different <br />time. Anyone interested in touring was <br />to leave their name with the City Clerk. <br /> <br />A copy of the gas tap report was enclosed <br />for Council viewing of the number of <br />taps requested in Louisville and the <br />number of taps that are available. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that Public Service is <br />permitting the exchange of gas taps <br />from other location in the case of <br />builders that have their allocation. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />GAS TAPS <br /> <br />DAWSON REALITY REQUEST <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that in the past Council <br />has approved and authorized the serving <br />of the water and sewer taps to Conti- <br />nental View Estates based on the City <br />standard policies that they pay for <br />all extension of lines and double the <br />price of taps. They are requesting <br />again that Council reinerate that past <br />approval in their case. The Council has <br />approved in the past 43 taps and they <br />are requesting approximately 32 taps. <br />Mr. Wurl recommended that if Council <br />was going to approve the taps they approve <br />the 43 taps as before. <br />Councilman Berry moved that the former <br />approval of this property be renewed for <br />service. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, <br />Scholl no, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. <br />
