<br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Louisville City Council <br /> <br />May 15, 1973 <br /> <br />SEWEJRRODDER, FIRE City Administrator Wur1 reported the Sewer Rodder was due <br />TRUCK & DUMP TRUCK Wednesday, May 18, 1973 ~ Fire Truck June 21, 1973 and <br />Dump Truck the first week in June, 1973. <br /> <br />CBD PARKING <br />LOT <br /> <br />RESOLUTION iF 14 <br />Series 1973 <br /> <br />SEWER EASEMENT <br />& SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br />BAPTIST CHURCH <br />EASEMENT <br /> <br />INTERCEPTOR SEWER <br />LINE <br /> <br />The deal on the parking lot with Urban Renewal still <br />stands. $20,000 can either be used as street overlays <br />or water extensions, or incorporated in the Capital <br />Improvement Plan. <br />Councilman King informed Council this amount would be just <br />part of the improvement to the City water lines which we <br />have approved. <br />Mayor Caranci questioned Chairman Dennis Lundberg if Urban <br />Renewal would meet the deadline of July 1st; Chairman Lund~ <br />berg assured Council, they would. <br />Councilman Jensen inquired if the street would have to <br />be barricaded for a certain amount of time for cha11ege. <br />Attorney Morris informed it doesn't make any difference <br />for the City. <br /> <br />Regarding the adoption of the comprehensive plan for <br />the City of Louisville. Councilman King moved that <br />Resolution #14, Series 1973 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman Donovan. <br />Attorney Morris stated a couple of modifications whereas <br />the City of Louisville desires to adopt said plan pre- <br />sented to writ: Comprehensive Plan prepared by Oblinger <br />Smith as approved by Planning Commission. <br />Roll call vote - King yes, Deborski yes, Jensen yes, <br />Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Easement agreement finalized between the Boulder Valley <br />School District and City of Louisville for sewer project. <br />In keeping with the change of easement the City is re- <br />quired to restore the property to former state with <br />proper notice. Councilman Jensen moved to authorize <br />Mayor Caranci to sign the contract with Boulder Valley <br />School District. Seconded by Councilman King. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris informed Council we need to execute a <br />quit claim deed with the Baptist Church releasing the <br />old right-of-way across the property, easterly portion <br />and exchan.ge this for proper deed. Councilman Jensen <br />moved Mayor Caranci be authorized to sign the quit claim <br />deed. Seconded by Councilman King. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wur1 informed Council by virtue of <br />the change in the proposed plan of the interceptor sewer <br />line, we have an addition of $17,695.00.
