<br />.egular Meet ing <br /> <br />_REET GRANT <br /> <br />SEWER PLANT <br /> <br />PLANNING COH- <br />MISSION <br /> <br />DRCOG <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #407 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #415 <br /> <br />VOTING WARDS <br /> <br />POLICE Cmft.lIS- <br />SION <br /> <br />Louisville City Council <br /> <br />April 17, 1973 <br /> <br />Received grant for street development twenty years ago. <br />Mr. Wilder would like to know what we are going to do with <br />that plan. Requested that determination be made. After <br />discussion it was decided that the City is no longer res- <br />ponsible for repayment of that grant. <br />Councilman King moved to authorize Mayor Caranci to sign <br />a letter stating that we are no longer interested in this <br />plan and no longer responsible for -payment of same. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Penner Construction has begun to move in equipment. Dye <br />Construction Co. is working on sewer line. <br /> <br />Minutes reviewed by Council and accepted as presented. <br /> <br />Would like to meet with Mayor and Council May 8, 1973 to <br />outline Louisville's responsibility to low income housing. <br /> <br />Title only - amending Chapter 18 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code entitled "Annexations refefining annexation standards <br />and requirements and repealing all Ordinances and parts of <br />Louisville Municinal Code in conflict therewith." <br />Mayor opened Public Hearing - no objections were voiced. <br />Closed Public Hearing. Councilman King moved Ordinance <br />#407 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. Roll <br />call vote, Deborski yes, Jensen yes, King yes, Donovan <br />yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />An Ordinance amending Chapter 25 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code of the City of Louisville, Colorado entitled Zoning. <br />Zoning the property annexed to the City of Louisville by <br />Ordinance 1/:414 as petitioned by Lowell Blvd. Gorp. Record <br />to reflect that the various areas were pointed out on the <br />map introduced, read and ordered published this 17th day <br />of April 1973. <br />Councilman King moved that Ordinance #415 be adopted and <br />ordered to be published. Public Hearing to be held May 15,1973. <br />Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Roll call vote Deborski no, <br />King yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl no, Domenico yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci requested that boundries of Wards 1, 2 and 3 <br />be changed specifically Ward 2 be expanded to the north and <br />south. Attorney Horris will see if its possible to have <br />it ready for next meeting. <br /> <br />Meeting to be held April 25, 1973 at 7:00 p.m. in Council <br />Chamb er s . <br />
