Mr. Wilder would like to know what we are going to do with that plan. Requested that determination be made. After discussion it was decided that the City is no longer res- ponsible for repayment of that grant. Councilman King moved to authorize Mayor Caranci to sign a letter stating that we are no longer interested in this plan and no longer responsible for -payment of same. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried. Penner Construction has begun to move in equipment. Dye Construction Co. is working on sewer line. Minutes reviewed by Council and accepted as presented. Would like to meet with Mayor and Council May 8, 1973 to outline Louisville's responsibility to low income housing. Title only - amending Chapter 18 of the Louisville Municipal Code entitled "Annexations refefining annexation standards and requirements and repealing all Ordinances and parts of Louisville Municinal Code in conflict therewith." Mayor opened Public Hearing - no objections were voiced. Closed Public Hearing. Councilman King moved Ordinance #407 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. Roll call vote, Deborski yes, Jensen yes, King yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. An Ordinance amending Chapter 25 of the Louisville Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, Colorado entitled Zoning. Zoning the property annexed to the City of Louisville by Ordinance 1/:414 as petitioned by Lowell Blvd. Gorp. Record to reflect that the various areas were pointed out on the map introduced, read and ordered published this 17th day of April 1973. Councilman King moved that Ordinance #415 be adopted and ordered to be published. Public Hearing to be held May 15,1973. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Roll call vote Deborski no, King yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl no, Domenico yes. Motion carried. Mayor Caranci requested that boundries of Wards 1, 2 and 3 be changed specifically Ward 2 be expanded to the north and south. Attorney Horris will see if its possible to have it ready for next meeting. Meeting to be held April 25, 1973 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chamb er s .
