Developing an overall communications strategy of property owncr/neighborhood <br />outrcach. <br /> <br />. Incorporating information to the group on the relationship between infrastructurc <br />choices and land development opportunities, and the land development options on <br />individual vs. assembled parcels. Topics such as street layout and cross-section. <br />traffic circulation, site access, parking, and stolln water accommodation should be <br />addressed. <br /> <br />. Setting individual meetings with owners to detemline their intcrest in <br />redevelopmcnt, property sale, or joint vcnturc participation in a redcvclopment <br />project. <br /> <br />.
