<br />Create a parking plan that includes transit facilities, addresses parking <br />needs of the desired den'lopment in the revitalization area, and <br />accommodates commuter rail when it comes. <br /> <br />Step #1 <br /> <br />Coordinate with RTD on the NEPA process. <br />Consultant team requires an expertise in transit station area design, parking, and mixed- <br />use development.
