<br />-DRAFT- <br />The City of Louisville Water Conservation Plan is intended to be a living document <br />that will continually be evaluated and revised as the effectiveness of the programs <br />and measures outlined herein are monitored and analyzed for benefit vs. cost and <br />contribution for achieving the water supply planning goals of Louisville, Colorado. <br /> <br />A. Statutory Requirements: <br /> <br />Recognizing the increasing competition for the State's water supply, particularly <br />along the Front Range, the State House of Representatives developed and adopted <br />house bill 91-1154 in June of 1991. HB-91-1154 required all water providers of <br />2000 acre-feet or more per year to draft a water conservation plan (93 0-126 <br />C.RS).
