Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that the subject of the Executive Session would be Executive <br />Session for Griffiths to consult with Council with respect to pending litigation related to property <br />located in Louisville, south of U.S. 36. <br />Dave Clabots, City Clerk, read the appropriate Executive Session statement. <br />Davidson moved that Council go into Executive Session, seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br />REPORT ON EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, reported that there was a discussion of pending litigation with respect <br />to the City of Louisville. No action was taken concerning the pending litigation. A portion of the <br />discussion related to a disconnection petition that her office had received in the mail yesterday. This <br />was to disconnect two parcels of property located within the boundaries of Louisville, south of U.S. <br />Hwy. 36. <br />SES`SIOiV.) <br />Sisk asked that Council reconsider Resolution No. 22, Series 1997. <br />Davidson excused himself and turned the meeting over to Mayor Pro -tem Sisk. <br />$isk wanted Resolution No. 22, Series 1997, reconsidered as it appeared to him that at the initial <br />presentation it seemed to be pretty innocuous, but he wanted to visit it again. <br />Sisk moved that Council reconsider Resolution No. 22, Series 1997, seconded by Howard. All in <br />favor. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22, SERIES 1997 APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO FIRST <br />AMENDED INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE ROCKY <br />FLATS LOCAL IMPACTS INITIATIVE <br />Sisk was convinced that a permanent position should not be given to any party. It should be kept on <br />a rotating basis. <br />Lathrop did not share that view in relation to the Rocky Flats Initiative and who the permanent <br />members of that government's body are. <br />Howard moved that Council not approve Resolution No. 22, Series 1997, seconded by Mayer.
