NONE <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />NONE <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, informed Council that the public hearing before the Boulder <br />County Commissioners this Thursday for the Sprint Personal Communication application at <br />Continental View Estates had been withdrawn. Therefore, they had withdrawn their pending <br />application with the City of Louisville. The City had received a letter from Idaho Electric Signs, Inc. <br />asking for a 30 day delay in their scheduled hearing on their sign application as a vendor to Home <br />Depot. Construction on 88th Street will begin this week and will end around the end of July. He had <br />received a letter from Jim Williams, Deputy Superintendent of the Boulder Valley School District, <br />asking if there was any balance due to the School District in the difference between their cost of the <br />88th Street improvements and the $400,000 that the City had pledged for the new, school in <br />Louisville. Councilman Sisk and Simmons had attended a Senior Board meeting and a representative <br />of the County discussed the Senior Meal Program. There will be a requested level of participation <br />by this community and others in terms of financial support to continue the program. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />NONE <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (10:30 p.m.), seconded by Mayer.
