Perhaps include an <br /> illustration of setbacks. <br />Lipton requested a draft ordinance be brought before the Planning Commission <br />either in August or September. <br />Discussion and Adoption of the 2009-2010 Revised Planning Commission <br />Work Plan and Goals <br />Staff reviewed the minor changes that were requested from the previous review <br />of the document. <br />Pritchard moved and Sheets seconded a motion to adopt the proposed 2009- <br />2010 Work Plan for presentation during the joint study session with City Council <br />on August 11, 2009. Motion passed by voice vote. <br />Lipton requested that staff create a memorandum format to forward the 2009- <br />2010 Work Plan to City Council. <br />Staff reported the information would be formatted using the regular City Council <br />Communication template. <br />Discussion / direction <br /> Downtown Design Guidelines <br /> <br />Staff requested discussion and direction from the Planning Commission <br />regarding the Downtown Framework Plan and the Downtown Design Handbook. <br />Pritchard moved that Lipton and Loo represent the Planning Commission on the <br />task force study group with two (2) members from the Historic Preservation <br />Commission. <br />Hartman stated her interest in being one of the Planning Commission <br />representatives. <br />The Commissioners discussed the format for a meeting between the Planning <br />Commission and the Historic Preservation Commission.
