Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />JULY 9, 2009 <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />City Council direction for PC and HPC meeting based on CC meeting <br /> <br /> <br />minutes <br />Conduct the meeting as a study session similar to a CC study session. <br /> <br /> <br />Open discussion between two boards. Limited public comment. <br />Where to hold the meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Lipton asked Hartman if she was comfortable with a study session format where <br />any or all members of either group can attend and discuss. <br />Hartman indicated she was okay with a study session format. <br />Lipton asked for public comment. <br />Michael Menaker, 1827 Chokecherry, Louisville, CO discussed his desire to have <br />the discussion between Planning Commission and the Historic Preservation <br />Commission held as a public meeting. <br />Staff discussed the public notice requirements when more than two <br />Commissioners are together to discuss any City topics. <br />The Commission discussed and stated their support for the Planning <br />Commission and the Historic Preservation Commission to meet in a setting <br />similar to a study session with City Council. <br />Pritchard reminded Lipton of a motion before the Commission. <br />Lipton requested a voice vote on the motion. <br />The voice vote reflected a majority in favor and staff heard no objections. <br />Motion passed by voice vote. <br />Staff will coordinate the requested study session. <br />The following items are tentatively scheduled for August 13, 2009 <br /> Downtown Parking <br /> <br /> Passco Colorado Tech Industrial, LLC <br />– A final planned unit <br /> <br />development (PUD) request for two commercial/flex buildings, each <br />approximately 41,000 SF on a 7.53 acre parcel. Application is subject <br />to the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines <br />th <br />(CDDSG); 739 South 104 Street; Lot 12, Colorado Technology <br />Center Filing No. 2; Case No. 08-023-FP. <br /> <br /> <br /> Applicant and Representative: RVP Architecture, PC., Bob Van Pelt <br /> <br /> Owner: Passaco Colorado Tech Industrial, LLC, Carey Levy <br /> <br /> Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director and Gavin McMillan, Planner II <br />th <br />Staff noted the following additions to the August 13 meeting agenda: <br />1) A planned unit development and special review use for the Louisville Fire <br />Protection District building located on Main Street in Downtown Louisville. <br />2) A draft ordinance which would amend the Louisville Municipal Code to <br />allow for Beekeeping in the City of Louisville. <br />Staff Comments – <br /> <br />
