30 Immediately means within 24 hours. <br /> <br />31. <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />33. <br /> <br />34. <br /> <br />Indirect discharge means the discharge or the introduction of nondomestic <br />pollutants from any source regulated under Section 307(b), (c) or (d) of the Act, <br />(33 USC {}1317), into the POTW (including holding tank waste discharged into <br />the system). <br /> <br />Industrial user or user means a source of indirect discharge which contains <br />nondomestic wastewater. Under state pretreatment regulations, 4.3.0 (5 CCR <br />1002-2). <br /> <br />Industrial wastes means the liquid water carried wastes from industrial <br />manufacturing or industrial processes, trade er business as distinct from demestic <br />or sanka.D, wastes sanitary sewage.
