The following amendments are hereby made to the Uniform Plumbing Code: 1. Table 1-I is deleted in its entirety, plUmbing permit fees are as set forth in section 15.16.020 of the Louisville Municipal Code. Section 101.4.1.4 is amended to read as follows: 101.4.1.4. Conflicts Between Codes. When, in the opinion of the Chief Building Official, the requirements within the jurisdiction of this plumbing code conflict with the requirements of any other code adopted and set forth in Chapter 15.12 of the Louisville Municipal Code, the more restrictive code requirements shall take precedence and shall apply; provided, however, that the less restrictive requirements may be approved as alternative materials and methods pursuant to section 301.2 of this code. Section 103.1.3 is amended to read as follows: 103.1.3. Licensing. Contractor's licenses shall be required as set forth in Chapter 15.12 of the Louisville Municipal Code. 4
