Section 413.6, Food Service Establishments, is amended to read as <br />follows: <br />Food Service establishments with an occupant load of 20 or less <br />shall be exempted from the requirement for the installation of a <br />urinal in the men's room as specified in UPC Table 4-1. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Section 603.3.2 is amended to read as follows: <br /> 603.3.2. The premise owner or responsible person shall have the <br /> backflow prevention assembly tested by a certified backflow <br /> assembly tester at the time of installation, repair, or relocation. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Section 603.4.4.1 is amended to read as follows: <br /> 603.4.4.1. Heat Exchangers, and other assemblies or methods of <br /> construction using potable water shall be of listed construction <br /> and materials. The sections in contact with potable water shall be <br /> of materials and weights suitable for potable water as set forth in <br /> this chapter. <br /> <br />7. Section 705.1.4 is deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br />Section 708.0 is amended to read as follows: <br />708.0. Horizontal drainage piping shall be run in practical <br />alignment and for pipe up to and including 3"; have a uniform <br />slope of not less than one-fourth (1/4") of an inch per foot <br />(20.9mm/m). Piping 4" and larger shall have a uniform slope of <br />not less than one-eighth (1/8") of an inch per foot (10.4 mm/m). <br /> <br />Section 801.2 is amended by the addition of a new Section, to read <br />as follows: <br /> 801.2.4. Three compartment pot and pan sinks installed in <br /> commercial kitchens may be directly connected to the plumbing <br /> waste system provided there is a floor drain or floor sink installed <br /> within five feet (5') immediately downstream of the sink waste <br /> line, in the same room and no other fixtures are connected to the <br /> waste line (See diagram Exhibit A. 1). <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Section 801.2 is amended by the addition of a new Section, to read <br />as follows: <br /> 801.2.5. Three compartment pot and pan sinks installed in <br /> commercial kitchens may be indirectly connected to the waste line <br /> provided that they drain into an approved receptor of such size, <br /> shape, and capacity as to prevent splashing or flooding, be in the <br /> same room and are readily accessible for cleaning and inspection <br /> <br /> <br />
