Section 2. B. If no written protest made by an owner of property within 200 feet of the site for the proposed performance is received by the city clerk within 15 days of the date of the notice, the city clerk shall approve the application or shall approve the application with conditions necessary to ensure adequate provisions are made with respect to the matters set forth in subsection D, below. C. If a written protest is received within such 15-day period, or if the applicant objects in writing and within three days to a condition imposed by the city clerk, then the city clerk shall refer the application to the city administrator for a final decision. The city administrator's decision shall be based on the application and written objection(s) as filed with the city clerk, and any other written information provided by the applicant and objector(s) regarding the application. Such persons shall be notified of the referral to the city administrator and shall have not less than five days from the date of such notice to submit, if desired, additional written information to the city administrator regarding the application. If determined necessary by the city administrator, the city administrator may arrange a public meeting regarding the application prior to making a final decision. Upon considering all materials submitted with respect to the application, the City Administrator shall grant the application, grant the application with conditions, or deny the application. ,:,~. .............~ .... ,r, .... uo.,;,...
