Section 2. If no written protest made by an owner of property within 200 <br />feet of the site for the proposed performance is received by the city clerk <br />within 15 days of the date of the notice, the city clerk shall approve the <br />application or shall approve the application with conditions necessary to <br />ensure adequate provisions are made with respect to the matters set forth <br />in subsection D, below. <br /> <br /> C. If a written protest is received within such 15-day period, or if <br />the applicant objects in writing and within three days to a condition <br />imposed by the city clerk, then the city clerk shall refer the application to <br />the city administrator for a final decision. The city administrator's <br />decision shall be based on the application and written objection(s) as filed <br />with the city clerk, and any other written information provided by the <br />applicant and objector(s) regarding the application. Such persons shall be <br />notified of the referral to the city administrator and shall have not less than <br />five days from the date of such notice to submit, if desired, additional <br />written information to the city administrator regarding the application. If <br />determined necessary by the city administrator, the city administrator may <br />arrange a public meeting regarding the application prior to making a final <br />decision. Upon considering all materials submitted with respect to the <br />application, the City Administrator shall grant the application, grant the <br />application with conditions, or deny the application. <br /> <br />,:,~. .............~ .... ,r, .... uo.,;,...
