Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Curt Prinslow, CLC Associates, Inc., 8480 E. Orchard Road, Suite 2000, Englewood, Colorado, gave <br />a brief presentation on the materials board and architectural detailing plan. Prinslow was then <br />available to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Keany asked the applicant if they would agree to conditions that the 'sport court' would have one <br />light pole with two cut-off fixtures that would not spill off the court, that the light would only be on <br />during usage of the court, and that the hours of usage would be limited to the hours set forth by City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Prinslow agreed. <br /> <br />Levihn pointed out that Quality Inn was required to move their sign because it was above the roof <br />line and this applicant is also proposing a sign above the roof line. He asked the applicant if he <br />would agree to a condition that the sign be moved down to the second level. <br /> <br />Prinslow agreed. <br /> <br />Sisk asked the applicant whether he had reviewed the proposed extended stay ordinance. <br /> <br />Prinslow replied he has reviewed the proposed ordinance and would like their consultant to review <br />it and provide comments. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that he felt the building was too large for the lot and also agreed with Mayer that <br />the Marriott Residence Inn should be required to meet the design guideline standards as Quality Inn <br />has been directed to do. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council continue Resolution No. 35, Series 1998 - Final PUD Development Plan <br />for Marriott Residence Inn, Lot 4, Coal Creek Business Park until the September 15, 1998 City <br />Council meeting, seconded by Mayer. <br /> <br />Roll call was taken.
