Finalize NW Parkway IGA Amendment to provide for <br />construction of Campus Drive. <br />2) Delete year references (i.e., “2008” and “1997”) in Note 1 of <br />General Note on Sheet 1. <br />Commission Questions to Staff: <br />Loo requested clarification of information on page 9 of the staff report regarding <br />the Outlot. <br />McCartney discussed and illustrated location of Outlot with a slide from the <br />power point presentation. He requested the Commissioners keep in mind the <br />Outlot area is still being discussed between the City and ConocoPhillips. <br />Loo continued with questions regarding the Fiscal Model and the Louisville Fire <br />Protection District site. <br />McCartney stated the City has reviewed the model prepared by ConocoPhillips, <br />public input was also used. <br />McCartney reminded the Commissioners the Louisville Fire Protection District will <br />need to come forward with a planned unit development for their site. <br />Lipton inquired about the land located south of the subject property and in <br />Broomfield. Is it currently open space and how do we as a City keep it as open <br />space? <br />Balser stated the property is part of the Northwest Parkway IGA and is also a <br />Conservation Easement. The IGA was completed when the NW Pkwy was built <br />and is between the communities of Louisville, Broomfield, Lafayette and Boulder <br />County. Its intent is to protect the property around the NW Pkwy. <br />Lipton continued with a discussion of open space. <br />Stevens stated the communities of Broomfield, Superior and Louisville held a <br />joint meeting on January 7 to discuss open space as it relates to the <br />ConocoPhillips property. He stated the meeting provided a good beginning and <br />the work is still in progress. <br />Lipton requested a clarification of the land dedication required for open space. <br />McCartney confirmed it to be 12% of 309 acres for a total of 37 acres. <br /> <br />
