Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 11, 2010 <br />Page 7 of 15 <br /> <br />Pritchard asked when the IGA portion of the project is expected to be heard <br />before City Council. <br />Balser stated the public hearing would be in the next couple of months. <br />Russell asked if approval is given at this meeting then is the Commission also <br />approving the 95’ building height as vested rights. <br />McCartney stated an approval tonight would forward the Preliminary Plat and <br />Preliminary PUD to City Council for their review. The vested rights are not part of <br />the preliminary review. He stated an approval tonight would create only the <br />expectation of the development to come forward within one year with the final <br />plat and PUD documents. <br />O’Connell asked how zoning request changes are funded. <br />McCartney stated a development review fee has been paid for the zoning and <br />rezoning aspects of the project. <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />Mary Manning, General Manager, Global Real Estate & Facilities Services, <br />ConocoPhillips Company used PowerPoint presentation slides to discuss the <br />following: <br /> <br /> Finalized the purchase of the property two years ago. <br /> <br /> Looking forward to the partnership with the City of Louisville. <br /> <br /> Who is ConocoPhillips? An international, integrated energy company. <br />People from all over the world will come to this campus. It is the goal of <br />ConocoPhillips to have this be a destination for the company. <br /> <br /> Conoco and Phillips merged in 2002 and have the values of Safety, <br />People, Integrity, Responsibility, Innovation and Teamwork.
